Footfall v0.2.1: General Housekeeping

Already noticing a few things I missed in the full 0.2.0 release. This update is just some general housekeeping.
All Changes:
- General editing. Some wonky text formatting has been fixed.
- The Table of Contents hyperlink for the Boons & Banes portion of Chapter 10 has been fixed.
- The section on swapping Temperaments in Chapter 8: Downtime now includes "If a new Temperament would become your lowest, you must change your Adrenaline Trigger to reflect this."
- A few issues with color blending have been fixed
- All instances of "compose(d)" and "comprise(d)" should now be correct
- The Grab attack has had its wording cleaned up considerably.
- The Grab attack has had the text ". . . or use a position altering power and generate an additional point of Entropy [to escape a Grab]" changed to the following: "Certain narrative events may free the retrained, use common sense."
- I'm considering removing it entirely. Please let me know if the Grab attack feels like a necessary rule
- Text has been added to the back cover in preparation for Print on Demand through DriveThruRPG
