v0.1.2 Changelog: PDF Improvements, Power Balancing, New Items!


Second week two patch! Did some balancing changes, added some new items, and made the PDF more accessible. You can find them detailed below. I promise, the next notification y'all receive from me will be the publishing of an adventure some time next month.

Major Changes:

  • Added PDF bookmarks for easier navigation
  • Added the list of Skills to the Rules Reference
  • The Criminal's starting equipment now includes either the Blackjack or 3 Tonics of their choice.
  • The Lawman's starting equipment now includes either the Truncheon or the Official's Sword.
  • The Gift of Passage base power, Radio Motion, now requires line of sight.
  • The Gift of Passage power Sharp Displace no longer requires line of sight, only knowledge of the target's exact position in space.
  • The Gift of Doors base power, Bridged Barrier, now reads as such: "You may spend an Action Point to create two portals about 2 strides in diameter on solid and opaque surfaces within line of sight (not glass, bars, or wires) for 2 Rounds. These portals are connected, and traveling through one will cause you to come out of the other. Any creature or object can pass through these portals. Creating a new portal on a different surface erases a prior portal of your choice. The Entropy generated by this power cannot be cleared until its effect ends. You may spend an Action Point to end this effect early, closing both portals."
  • Added the Blackjack, an implement designed purely for the stealth-enthusiast.
  • Added the Truncheon, an implement for breaking binds and smashing skulls.

Minor Changes:

Editing and formatting, largely of some sidebars.
